The North Pole Christmas Box

Turn their personalised Santa letter into a whole Christmas Eve experience.

Our North Pole Christmas Box brings together their very own personalised letter from Santa with a few extra surprises to make Christmas Eve feel even more magical.

Each letter is individually created using the details you give us about your child — from something they've done really well to a special achievement, their hobbies, family or even something they might need a little encouragement with.

It's those little details that make them wonder…

“How does Santa know all that?!”

MADE ESPECIALLY FOR THEM

Their personalised letter is printed on our A4 vintage-style Santa stationery and prepared with their own personalised North Pole envelope, complete with Santa postage stamps on the front and a North Pole wax seal on the back.

To personalise their letter, we'll ask you for:

★ Their first and last name
★ Their address for the North Pole envelope
★ Something they've done well or an achievement they're proud of
★ Any hobbies, family news, siblings or pets you'd like him to mention
★ Anything you'd like Santa to give them a little encouragement with
★ Whether they've already written to Santa, and anything special from their Christmas list you'd like him to acknowledge

You don't need to write Santa's letter yourself — just give us the details and we'll turn them into their personalised message.

WHAT'S INSIDE THEIR NORTH POLE CHRISTMAS BOX?

Open the box and they'll discover:

★ A personalised letter from Santa
★ Their personalised North Pole envelope
★ Magic Reindeer Food
★ A chocolate Santa coin
★ Festive candy canes

Everything is carefully arranged inside the box with red tissue paper, ready for you to create a very special Christmas Eve surprise.

BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED

Their North Pole Christmas Box is finished with their personalised North Pole envelope across the front, Santa's special stamp and traditional red-and-white twine — so once you've removed the protective mailing packaging, it's ready to look as though a very special parcel has arrived straight from the North Pole.

THE MAGIC STAYS A SURPRISE

We don't send the North Pole Christmas Box directly to your child.

Once we've prepared their box, it's carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed inside a mailing bag before being sent discreetly to the grown-up who ordered it — keeping the North Pole magic safely hidden inside.

Then the fun part is up to you…

Hide it under the Christmas tree, leave it by the fireplace or have it mysteriously appear on Christmas Eve — then watch them discover their very own parcel from the North Pole.

MAKE IT EVEN MORE MAGICAL…

Add Santa's personalised Magical Key for just £1 — perfect for children who might wonder how Santa gets in when there's no chimney.

Their antique-style Magical Key comes with its own personalised kraft tag, complete with their name and a special message from Santa:

“Its magic only works for me, on one special night each year.”
