The traditional game of Snobs is played the world over for which there is no formal organising body. Consequently, rules vary from country to country and place to place.

The game is also known by a variety of names including Jackstones, Chuckstones, Dibs, Dabs, Firestones, Alleygobs, Otadama, Tally and Knucklebones.

These Snobs are five small wooden cubes that have been hand made in the UK exclusively for The Forgotten Toy Shop. The design of these cubes is a replica of an original wooden set from the 1950s.

Included in the box are

  • Five 15mm wooden cubes
  • Linen Bag
  • Instructions on how to play

Please note these cubes are hand dyed so colours may vary and they have been distressed to give them that authentic 1950s look.

Traditional Snobs

Good quality well packed. Liked the shopping experience. Although when I originally played snobs some 60 to 70 years ago, we played with chalk ones which were a bit heavier.
