Imagine their face when they discover a letter addressed especially to them… from Santa Claus himself.
Each of our Personalised Letters from Santa is individually created using the details you give us about your child, helping Santa's message feel wonderfully personal. From something they've done really well to a special achievement, a new sibling, their hobbies or even something they might need a little encouragement with — it's these little details that make them wonder:
“How does Santa know all that?!”
Their personalised letter is printed on our A4 vintage-style Santa stationery and placed inside their own personalised North Pole envelope, complete with Santa postage stamps on the front and a North Pole wax seal on the back.
To personalise their letter, we'll ask you for:
★ Their first and last name
★ Their address for the North Pole envelope
★ Something they've done well or an achievement they're proud of
★ Any hobbies, family news, siblings or pets you'd like him to mention
★ Anything you'd like Santa to give them a little encouragement with
★ Whether they've already written to Santa, and anything special from their Christmas list you'd like him to acknowledge
You don't need to write Santa's letter yourself — just give us the details and we'll turn them into their personalised message.
We don't post the North Pole envelope directly to your child. Once we've prepared it, we place their finished North Pole post safely inside a protective hardback “Do Not Bend” mailing envelope and send it discreetly to the grown-up who ordered it.
Then the fun part is up to you…
Hide it with the post, by the fire, under the Christmas tree or beside their favourite toy and let them make the magical discovery themselves.
Choose our Letter & Santa's Magical Key if your child would love Santa's special key, or turn their letter into a whole Christmas Eve experience with our North Pole Christmas Box.

My grandchildren (and their mummy’s) loved the letters. They were magical especially for the 3 year old who was amazed that Santa knew who she was. She was also very happy to swap her dummy for a toy. So thank you for making it magical for them
The personalised letter from Santa was perfect. The attention to detail re: the quality was great and the children were excited to both receive and read the letters. I think this will be a part of our Christmas tradition for many years.

The green dragon is excellent. It arrived speedily and is much loved by it's new 5 year old owner. He insists on wearing at every possible moment he can. It's a bit of a triumph! Thank you!
